Paul’s early memories we’re of helping his parents paint and prep their SoCal rental properties as they turned over. These experiences instilled a strong work ethic and an appreciation for all things real estate. After graduating from Cal State Long Beach with a business finance degree in the 90’s Paul began his career as a residential mortgage loan officer. A few years later he obtained his real estate license and then his broker license which allowed him to offer his clients a full suite of real estate and mortgage services.
With the mortgage crisis of 2008 the rules changed and real estate professionals could no longer participate in both disciplines. While assisting clients with their financing was an invaluable addition to his toolkit his focus for the last 14 years has been real estate sales and investing.
A high-touch broker known for his extensive market knowledge and his unmatched devotion to clients, Paul's success is based almost exclusively on positive referrals. He earns the respect of his clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice.

In his spare time Paul enjoys hiking, surfing and mountain biking with his family.
